I'm back from holiday and I have gained holiday weight T__T I used my cuz's digital scale and it said I'm 55.8kg. I'm gonna get an accurate digital scale later.
Time to start my diet plan! I'm so scared! I can do it. I know I can do it! No more excuses
My sister will have her wedding next month. I haven't bought a dress yet because I don't feel pretty. I'm gonna lose 1kg per week and cut the junk food. I can do it!!!
Plan Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays : Calithenics Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays : Aerobics
- < 1200kcal - No eating after 7pm - No dessert/junk food/snack after 3pm - Sleep early - Drink more water/black tea (no other sweetened beverages) - Log into Fatsecret daily (very important!!)
Goals 05 Jan: 56kg 12 Jan: 55kg 19 Jan: 54kg 26 Jan: 53kg 02 Feb: 52kg 09 Feb: 51kg
