No change this morning. Didn't get to the gym like I wanted to yesterday...can't find my mp3 player anywhere. >.< Pretty sure Hubs and the toddler are in on the conspiracy. lol. That and hubs keeps telling me to take it easy with my foot hurting. So far this morning two of my toes were tingly for awhile, and then severe aching. On top of that, I'm dealing with TOM as well. -___- So irritable, restless, with a huge urge to jog/walk, and generally hit the gym with a vengeance. I did end up drinking 2 1/2 liters of water yesterday not including coffee, or unmeasured sips from the tap. Made wild rice, baked grouper, green beans, and tater tots (for the toddler/hubs) last night for dinner. It's turned out pretty good. Though I think I'll try breading them with panko crumbs the next time I cook fish. The fish went really well with the rice, and I think I want to try adding black olives into the mix with them next time. (love love love olives!) Plans for today include more cleaning/laundry. A trip to the store. And hopefully finding where my mp3 player got stashed. And again I would love to get out to the gym or even just a walk at some point today. Been craving a breather, and time to just myself so I can relax and not think about worrisome things. It helps keep me sane. Just have to keep telling myself, breathe deep. Exhale all the tension, irritation, and worry. And everything will soon be alright. Just one little step at a time.
