Went out to dinner with my husband last night. did not overeat. Was very happy with myself. No dessert. came home and hopped back on the elliptical for 30m. Set my alarm for 8am, got up and did 30m on the elliptical. Now eating a sensible bfast. I am feeling very very stressed today.But I will not turn to food instead I will turn to God.
