my god i'm almost at the 100 pound mark ..... speachless :) another 5 pounds and I think i'm gonna crap myself and then break down LOL WOW .... I just have no words :)

121.6 公斤最近减少: 43.1 公斤. 还有: 21.8 公斤. 饮食准则: 合理的.

I honestly feel like a million bucks LOL. Oh believe me I already thought of that one LOL and I think I did that once because i'm not incorporating enough fiber LMAO :P. Now I have to start actually working out and toneing. I never had a six pack or ass in my life, but I sure as hell am looking forward to trying to get both of them LMAO :)
