Down three more pounds. So glad that I didn't give in to temptation last night. Everyone was eating chips and dip and had a late dinner. I ate dinner at 5pm. So glad that I did. I stayed to visit and then went to my room for awhile. Drinking lots of water and trying to stay at around 1200 calories right now with net carbs at 20 or under.

FANTASTIC! And great strategies used there...dinner first...avoiding temptation by drinking your water, and removing yourself to go off and do something else for awhile... really good!!! What a successful moment!

Thanks ya'll! Hope everyone is having a great day too. I still have a doctor's appointment today before we leave town to return to St. Louis. I haven't been to the psychiatrist's office for awhile now. He is probably going to flip when he hears that I got off all my meds by myself.

Wow, Cindy, that is fantastic....I am so proud of you. Great job with your pyschiatrist appointment, and won't he be surprised and excited with your self improvement. WE CAN DO THIS WITH GOD'S HELP!! Safe trip back to St. Lou!

You are such an inspiration to me Cindy! I am just starting out but I am also trying to drink more water and stay under 1300 cals and 20 grams of net carbs per day. Keep up the great work and know that you are not just helping yourself, you are helping motivate others!

Thanks buddies! The appointment with the psychiatrist went very well, except he want me to go back on Seroquel at 100 mg. He said he is afraid I might go manic and not sleep. I know that I wake up at 2 am and that gives me time to talk to Leanne. I still go back to bed and get all the sleep that I need. I have the script but don't think that I'll fill it. Now if I wind up staying on here day and night all of you will know if I become manic. That has not been the case though. He was surprised to see how much weight I had lost. He said that I was doing very well otherwise too. Great appointment. Thanks buddies for all your help and prayers. God is so good to me. We Can Do This With God's Help and a little help from our Fatsecret buddies. We are headed out to St. Louis now. See ya'll later.

Way to resist the junk food! I would not go below 1200 cals/day, but I would increase your overall intake a little. I would expect to see your RDI closer to 1800 or 1900 for moderate weight loss. You don't want to lose too fast or it will just bounce right back on. Plus it will reduce the temptation to binge. Patience is a virtue.
