I don't want to jinx myself, but... it looks like I'm finally back to losing again. I know I've been in ketosis all along (I have a blood ketone tester), but for some reason the weight just wouldn't budge.

I know it's coming off, slowly but it's *still* coming off... but I'm frustrated that the same way of eating isn't creating the same weight loss. Granted, I'm now in my 50s, and stressed beyond belief, but still, 4 years ago I was losing 10lbs a month easily.

It is hard with stress we tend to hang on to weight. But that is a nice loss!!! way to go!

Loving the downward trend. Also in my 50s and have the same issues. Plus easier to gain. Enjoy this loss & celebrate.

A slow loss that's steady is good & healthy. I'm just a little younger than you & can relate to being less able to lose weight than even just five years ago.
