This week I only lost .2 pounds. I was pretty discouraged until a good friend pointed out that that is almost the weight of one stick of butter. Putting something tangible to the numbers helped me to realize that even though the number is small, that is actually quite a bit of weight and I shouldn’t be discouraged.
