I lost a LOT of weight since yesterday - 1200g!
I think the first reason is, that I did not eat a whole lot yesterday. I probably have a lot less food passing through my system than I usually do.
It was just one of those days. I had my breakfast, but got in trouble at lunch in the way that there was nothing attractive. I opted for a baked potato with NO sides, and a garden salad with no dressing. Turns out it is all yesterday's food - the potato sucked and the salad was dry and unattractive. So I ended up just eating the potato with NOTHING at all. :(
Then, for dinner, we were gonna have a very nice tomato soup, but due to circumstances out of our control that never happened and I ended up with two slices of rye bread with liver pate.
So all in all not many calories, and all in all not very interesting food.
I am glad I lost the weight again, though. I hope it stays off.
I also have to say - though I know it sounds like a bad excuse - that I have noticed lately that my scale shows MANY different numbers when I get on it. If I get on it three times, sometimes it gives me three different numbers. I am slowly starting to think that my 131.5 weigh-in on the 24th was a fluke. It would explain why I lost a whole kg from the day before and why I gained two kgs the day after.
I will just ignore it, move on and be more aware of the unstability in the weigh-ins. I will weigh myself several times and pick the number it shows the most.
I am glad I am on my way back to a new low, though. :) Life is good!
