Pregnancy is going well and I am hitting 24 weeks this week. Feeling good and strong. My weight gain has actually been great so far, and I have only picked up 3.5 kg since the start of my pregnancy so I am happy that I am keeping healthy and keeping the weight gain under control as well. It being summer here also helps me to feel a bit more enthusiastic about salad and fruits, and drinking water. Have a great week everyone.

That's Amazing. Your will power must be exceptional 🤗 I see so many negative outlooks and people using pregnancy as a crutch for weight gain that I've developed such a negative outlook on it. Thanks for the positivity

Remember you must gain weight and need to eat lots of healthy things to make your baby all healthy and strong. It's easy to loose pregnancy weight too if you are going to breastfeed. Goodluck future mom!!
