cut fat and dairy out... that didn't leave much for me to eat yestersay. I'm feeling a littlenbetter today, the pulsating feeling is gone but I am feeling a little nauseous. ill keep drinking lemon water and fiber, and making protein shakes... and hopefully I can tolerate a meal of shrimp stir-fry. we'll see
