Lost the 1.2 I gained yesterday - for absolutely no good reason - and dropped another .2.
I wasn't expecting to lose since I had popcorn last night. My doctor urged me to eat more whole grains and she put popcorn on the list so popcorn it was. SmartFood white cheddar popcorn is sooo good; making it from scratch would have been better but I love this stuff and I no cleanup.
Put my total carbs for the day at 44g which isn't too bad.
Someday I'll play with carbs up to 100g/day but I'm super insulin resistant and I feel so much better eating lower carbs.
