A little, but important weight loss today. Just the fact that the scale shows a little less than yesterday makes me smile all day! I love doing this, I love losing weight and I love that I am pretty good at it!
Yesterday, we went to a little local buffet, and I did GREAT! I got a small plate, counted everything realistically and felt that I was completely in control.
Dinner was "frozen" tandoori chicken - how I love indian food. :)
Today, Wife and I will be going to a little X-mas buffet, and I will have to yet again show my strength. I wonder how much is there that I can eat. I will go for the company, to see my wife have a good time and of course to have a few treats. Food will not be my main focus, though.
I will do this great! Life is good!
