Two pounds away from a normal BMI. I haven’t been a normal BMI in 4 years- since April 2016.
I’m using calories in and calories out - I’m not being overly restrictive on what I’m eating, just how much. I’m also trying to model healthy eating for my kids- we talk a lot about eating the rainbow to fuel our body.
