This shark week definitely got the better of me cramp~wise. I'm just happy it's over and I can get back to focusing on my goals. I've also been fasting with my workouts the last couple of days. It's actually been pretty good. I thought it would suck since I'm weight training. However, it's not that bad. I'm doing the 18:6 and I usually workout an hour before my window starts. That way I eat directly after my workout.
Today's Machine Exercises:
100 Leg Extensions
100 Pectoral Fly
100 Seated Chest Press
4x25 Behind the Head Lat Pull Down
4x25 Lateral Straight Arm Pull Down
100 Weighted Standing Crossover Crunches (L&R).
Adding in some cardio today. It'll be the first time since I started my journey.
Stationary Recumbent bike: 30 minutes
