Plataux'd a bit and I got annoyed so popped in some nut snacks to up my calories and kick my metabolism into gear as people/friends suggested I didn't eat enough calories and well nothing much happened. Just at the end of my woman week so to speak and omg,how many pounds are now being deflated? I knew it was going to be bad with the symptoms I'd had and the fact that I couldn't actually get my jeans on/done up at all said it all really.Very uncomfortable so obviously no gym etc.Yes I know exercise helps but I was in awful pain and couldn't force myself to that point and it does make me uncomfortable at the gym.So now I weigh more-eek. Nevermind, I still ate ok as far as I'm concerned apart from my bbq on Sunday but no exercise but I am getting back on it and that is what counts.
