Increased the amount of Cardio and Calories Intake , added a lunch after workout , during my 8 hours of eating window on 16/8 Intermittent Fasting , fruits is the best option , i have never looked this good in last 5 years because of my shoulder injuries and personal matters that interfered with my fitness , Good luck everyone on your journey
