Despite consuming too much alcohol while watching my Padres drop game two to the Dodgers, had a 200 calorie deficit yesterday. The 9th inning of that game is why I love baseball!
Smoked an amazing tri-tip for about four hours using mesquite pellets on the Traeger using a new marinade (link below) and since I love garlic, followed the modification to add more garlic. Trimmed all the fat before marinating for five hours. Going to try this marinade on a a smoked pork roast this weekend.
Back isn't any better this morning despite continuing to try and stretch it out periodically. So no bike ride again today 😢.
