The ones I make are more simpler.
10ozs soft cream cheese
1 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
block of baking chocolate
your sweetener to taste
I didnt put enough chocolate in the last batch. It was all I had.
There is sooooo many different ways to make this light delightful treat.
After you make a few batches you will soon see you can make them taste any way your buds like them.
The main reason I make them is to shut the craving for chocolate up. :)
And coconut oil is sooooooo good for us. It is the very best oil I personally think our bodies need. If you add butter, do not use salted butter. Lost a whole batch doing that last year.

You can even make Popsicles with them.

Love to lick ice cream and this stuff really helps me stay on plan.
I do not count Kcals.
Just count carbs and sugar grams.
I try to keep carbs under 20, thats easy for me.
And keep sugar grams under 10.
For all the newbies. Never ever give up. YOU can and YOU will do this.
You just have to say NO to carbs!
