71.60 kg - it surprised me...
well, I was expecting weight around 72.30 - 72.00 kg. Ate just 1300 - 1400 kcal... no running second day (yesterday and today)... I knew that my weight should be less, but not 71.60...
I will still try to keep calories intake around 1400 - 1500kcal and we will see...
But already knew... whatever you wanna be... it is 90 percent food, and 10 gym and cardio
