I lost a good chunk of weight again - 700g since yesterday! I am a bit surprised, as I felt that I over ate on dinner, and went very early to bed - basically straight after eating. We all know that is a bad move, as you don't really get to burn the calories.
I was preparing a bunch of stuff for a little christmas gettogether today, so I was cooking for a couple of hours, without eating ANY of it! I even surprised myself! Danish meatballs (frikadeller), fried fish filets, bacon etc.
Dinner was basically some of the frikadeller, with boiled mixed vegetables. Plain, but very good, and reasonable amount of calories.
Only trouble is, I am unstoppable when it comes to meat balls. I absolutely love them. I had what I had decided should be my dinner, but the went to take the last batch out of the oven, and decided to have just one little meat ball more with a few extra vegetables. I was nowhere near breaking through my RDI, but I really felt bad about it after, I think mostly because I did not NEED that extra food. If I want to do this, I will do this right.
Today is normally swim day, however I think I will skip out today. Back is hurting bad, and I don't want to strain it. I will have to take it a little easy.
Today is the day for our little x-mas gettogether. I have planned everything ahead when it comes to my food. I should be able to have a little of everything as long as I have a reasonable dinner - which I might skip altogether after eating a huge lunch. We will see. I have mentally prepared myself that I might get VERY close to my max RDI, or maybe even a little over. Haven't been over for more than a month and a half, so I am sure that will not kill me. Today is a day for enjoying myself (within reason).
I will report how it went tomorrow.

EDIT: I decided to man up and go swimming. If I am gonna eat extra (and somewhat bad) food today, I need to burn some calories ahead.
