Today is MILESTONE day!

Today, after two months and 5 days, I have lost 40 lbs! Wow! I have to say I am DAMN proud of myself!

Yesterday, I had great food. Fortunately, I forgot my pasta salad at home, so I had to go out for lunch at work! :) I chose a nice salad with tuna, and it was sooo good! For dinner, we had roasted turkey breast with green beans. The turkey was SO good, nice and crispy on the outside, and super juicy on the inside, just like I want it. :)

I can tell that I lose weight more efficiently, when I eat more vegetables, and less potatoes. Trouble is, I love potatoes. Here in Denmark, it seems like every single traditional meal is served with potatoes, and it guess it is in my blood to like that. I will have to try to eat more vegetables, so I will eat healthier and lose weight more efficient. Not that I am complaining about my weight loss rate, though. I think I am doing great.

Today is another leftover day. Wife is having left-over turkey from yesterday, and I will be eating leftover Fideos, that wife made Tuesday evening. I was teaching, so I never got to taste it, and I love Fideos. As it is reasonably low cal, I will enjoy it today.

Life is good!
