Poor weight loss this week, but had a couple of not so good days, which clearly didn't help (only 50-120 cals over, but seems to be enough to make a difference). 😢 Also, almost out of shakes, so I've been having just one a day. Perhaps that's why the poor weight loss? I've got to transition, anyway, so will have to find more suitable foods to replace the meals.
