Gym three time this week ... food intake reasonable ... even recorded but weight went up. Going to add walking as an extra exercise regimen. Thanks for all the support from my buddies. Your posts motivate me even though I am not getting "success" ... in weight loss
154.2 公斤 最近减少: 0 公斤.    还有: 45.4 公斤.    饮食准则: 100%.
一星期增加1.1 公斤
