Gosh, I have gained too much in a short period of time. I'm not gonna forgive myself by listing a bunch of excuses. I picked up skinny mini at Costco yesterday and today is my day 1 on this program. I don't feel like snacking or binging. I don't feel extremely hungry as well. No side effects so far. I feel like it will be a good kickstart for me.
