No weight loss today. I gave in and had a little pizza yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and calculated everything the best I could. Even though I did not go over my RDI, I still think it is the reason that I did not lose weight this morning. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Today is swim day, and tomorrow I will be teaching. Hopefully that will all give me enough exercise that I will go below 138 again, hopefully even 137. :)
EDIT: I went to swim, and tried out my new water proof mp3-player. I have to say it worked great. If it lasts with all the water abuse it will get (ads say it will!), then I am a happy swimmer. It was so nice to be rockin' to my taste of music instead of sappy christmas songs all morning. This will definitely motivate to swim! Love it!
