11/09/2020 - I weigh in at 74.6. Excited and proud of my progress. I think I deserve a “reward”. Fri : 5 samosas Sat : Kiddies burger and chips for lunch. 2 slices of pizza for dinner. Sun : 6 chicken licken wings, 2 sliders and chips Mon : 76.6 kg. Gained 2kg 😭😭😭. Had to put in the work this past week to shed off my “reward” weight.
So I’m done with “rewards”. I couldn’t stop after the 5 samosas.
