Unbelievable!
Okay, tested and did not pass.
I went on a first date last night and I insisted we just have drinks. (Note to self, ask for diet tonic water next time....carbs OUCH!)
He was hungry and ordered a few appetizers while I was in the bathroom! Ugg. I hate fish so the Tuna Tartare was not a threat but then Nick, my favorite bartender, came out with the Chicken Skewers. Oh my. I ate two of them. I did, I did, I did.
The scale was kind enough to show a lower number than yesterday. So, glad about that.
All in all, I feel extremely energized today. No hunger pains. No jitters. Clear-headed. Very Calm. Its rather unbelievable and shocking to me that I have no hunger pains and feel this focused and motivated. I just keep imagining a little smiley face Ms. Pacman eating away at my fat internally.

My current mantra.
I think people are noticing my overly talkativeness though. hahaha....
Also, I have started a routine of using MSM lotion and soap every morning and evening to battle sagging skin. 3 days into it, my skin feels amazing.....has the entire skin industry completely missed this or something?
