Well. I'm still stuck at 145.6. Le sigh! Actually I'm happy I didn't gain, since I really did terrible this past week as far as eating goes. I've still been exercising, which probably is what kept it off. I need to figure out how to jump start the losing again.

Hey, you still lost about a pound per week while the challenge was going. Not to shabby in my opinion.

I've been stuck at 162 for weeks now, but my lower sugar/whole wheat carbs/no alcohol diet I've lost 4 pounds no problem. It felt good just to see the scale budge at all!
