I ended up with VERY low calories. 1100, out of my goal 2000 calories, out of my 2800 RDI. Not enough, and I will try to eat more today. I am aware that I need to eat to lose weight.
On a positive note, I did lose what I gained the last couple of days, probably fluctuation, as mentioned earlier. So many things affect our weight - not just actual weight loss.
I see the number on my scale as a rough guide to how I am doing. I know, that even if it says a lower number, I may not have lost more fat, as well as even if it says a higher number, I may not have gained. As long as the numbers keep getting lower and lower over time, I am happy. And they do. :) That being said, I am still a sucker for lower numbers, and I still get annoyed when the number goes up. LOL
Today is Friday, I will be going shopping with my wonderful wife and I will go swimming before work in just a few minutes. I am really getting into the whole swimming experience. I really like it - it is by far the most fun exercise I have ever done, and it is refreshing. It makes me feel good ALL day! Hopefully in the mail today I will receive a little water proof mp3-player - they have the radio on at the pools and I am already sick and tired of christmas music. Last time - wednesday the 1st of december - they played NON STOP christmas music. Come one. Let us get through this month with our sanity in one piece, will ya? :)
So from monday, Classic Rock will dominate my ears while swimming. Can't wait. Life is good!
