Was getting worried as I was feeling big and my weight was fluctuating as much as 5 lbs throughout the day even though I was sticking within my calories (2 lbs is normal for me). Knew it was that time of month soon, so I tried hard to ignore the numbers, and my bloating. Sure enough, I was right. When I saw that I lost a bit this morning, I was so happy. I'm surprised how quickly I have learned about my body, when months ago I would have no clue what to expect.

My weight can fluctuate 10 pounds over the course of the day. Why? I don't know. I am breast feeding and weigh when I am done feeding and haven't eaten or drank anything yet and I weigh more than at the end of the day after eating and drinking all day. What do you think? Maybe I shouldn't really care about the number but would like to know what my true weight is.
