came back from stressful but fun weekend in Montreal; there was so much to do but in so little time, I ended up skipping by dinners botb nights and probably not eating enough during my other meals. still, that was helpful in finally turning the weight gain tide and bringing me closer to my next landmark weight. I also had a bizarre surprise as I went dress shopping; Small sized dresses at le Chateau are now too big for me. while my bittom half is still disproportionately larger than my ipper body, I have mixes and complicated feeling about this new development. I'm going to go to yoga tonight with my friend Faaria and hopefully that woll help tone me up, because I'm not too crazy about my new shape. hopefully this will create a little more symmetry. at the very least it'll help me relax and feel good spiritually, a boost I could use right now.
