Bouncing up and down around 310 so I might try a fast or super-low calorie day next week.
My body is recompositioning and I'm getting smaller while the scale is bouncing. I'm down 2 lbs since Aug 1st but had to clean out the closet and take a huge box to Goodwill - all jeans and crops and a few pieces of active wear.
For most people 40 lbs would be at least two full sizes but the jeans I was squeezing into were so tight that I wore them until I'd lost 25 pounds. OMG they were tight and I just ignored how tight they were. Kind of hard to believe I got them buttoned, at all.
