Good morning, my friends!
It's another beautiful day here in Denmark, and I hope to spend quite some of the day outside, enjoying the sun. :)
The race is on to reach a nice, low weigh-in this next Saturday. I'm gonna do all I can to get there, and I am already well on my way.
I am down 1.7 kilos since yesterday alone, reaching 81.7 kilos this morning. This is obviously water, and because of my Low Cal Day yesterday.
The Low Cal Day went without any hiccups at all. I ended the day at 575 calories, something I usually don't accomplish. Nice!
I basically just had leftover shrimp ettouffee for lunch and chicken breast with veggies for dinner, and left it at that. I wasn't hungry, and right now - at almost 8 AM next morning - I am STILL not hungry. I'm perfectly okay with waiting for lunch time to have my first meal.
In not too long, Wife and I are going to the gym for the workouts, and then we're off for the daily walk. At least I am - I'm not sure if Wife is coming. We'll see.
So, since it's vacation time, and there really isn't all that much new to talk about, I think I'll make the journal nice and short today.
Today, I'm thankful for: - A well accomplished Low Cal Day. - Breakfast in about three hours. I've been craving eggs, tortillas, roasted potatoes a few days. Today, I'm gonna have it! :) - Morning Coffee! - Workout and a walk! - Wife! - Vacation this week!
