I'm feeling sick from rapid weight gain. My side hurts, and my right hip feels arthritic. Going up and down the stairs is getting harder. I kept waking up last night feeling hot and sweaty even though our AC was low. I must try to get back on track now. Vacation is over so maybe I can settle into a better routine.
