A mix of ovulation and heat 🤷♀️ it is what it is and will hopefully drop back in a week or so. So fascinating tracking weight every day and seeing these patterns! Makes me feel much less upset when the number creeps up. One day I'll be slim, I just know its going to take at least a good couple of years. I'm in this for the long haul!

I have never tracked my weight every day. It might be an interesting exercise.

It's definitely eye opening, I know now that at the start of the month I'm likely to be at my 'true weight' and that towards the middle and end of the month those darn hormones start causing havoc and the water weight starts to pile on and everything swells 😂 I tend to log in on my Google Fit app and not on here so I can see for myself the patterns that are emerging.

I was always pretty steady that way...............until my 50's. Now it is a whole new world. But I will prevail, eventually.
