Ok this sucks! I haven't lost any weight. Man!!! I am trying my damnedest and I am eating way less calories than ever before. I am also exercising. I have no idea what is going on.
Today I am going to get a list together and some recipes together and follow south beach as closely as possible. I know it is the carbs keeping me from losing like I would like, but still I should be losing some by eating healthy and exercising. UGH! I am so close to my 50lb weight loss goal and now it halts, not happening!! I will just work 2x as hard and hopefully this time next week I will have a big loss.
I think I will make a goal, today is friday so by next friday I will be down 5lbs. That is my goal!!! Hopefully it will be more but I am making a high goal so I can push myself and get this done!!

My Birthday Goal!!
I will be 190lbs (or less) by my birthday on May 29th.
That means from today, I have 19 weeks(or 133 days) and I have 28lbs to lose.
So I would have to lose 1.47 a week. Oh please I can do that!! Hopefully I will be even less at my birthday.
I CAN DO THIS!!! THIS IS MY YEAR!!!
