Took prednisone
Took Ladin and Potassium
It’s working. That and being extra strict on no snacks. Ugh 😑 lol life! Enjoy it!

Thanks for your support. I’m not able to walk enough most days to work ou off. I do modified yoga abs stretching with walking. My daughter tortures me with ice cream, a candy jar full abd it’s hard. I rarely cheat, but I don’t need that . Sugar hurts my inflammation. The struggle is teal. I hope you enjoy your weekend. Take care and stay safe. 💜🤗🌈

Wow! I can o oh do a half mile, but that’s a true blessing as I’ve give from wheelchair to walker to just my dead legs. I’m considered incomplete paraplegic so I’m blessed to walk at all. Getting the proper diet avd the weight off has helped me be more mobile for sure. I plan to ride a horse again this month! I wish you the best always ! 💜🤗💯
