feela like i cant get lower than 176 but i just need to be patient and keep up what ive been doing.

you'll get there the plateaus are the worst. I always give up at 220 I'm determined to get to 200 this year.

It is frustrating when weight loss stalls. Happens a lot. Just don't give up. Change up something like exercise, hydration, food choices or number of calories. Something will work. Good luck!

Yes! Just what you said babe! Patients! But you’ve done great in 30 days! Wow! Be patient pounds will come off a bit slower now but if you can lose a pound per week or so that might be a target within reality. From a Logging your food and calorie standpoint you can figure a pound is about 3500 calories so it you cut 3500 calories from your normal intake that should get you close. my body always responds super aggressively to diet or exercise changes then stalls out. but it's kinda like a spring. it's loading up and one day woosh u catch up. you'll see.
