My immune system was probably weak, so I came down with a strange summer cold. Lots of coughing and body aches, but not too much nasal congestion.
I've been trying to visit Mom at least 3 times a week... She's feeling lonely. I haven't felt like doing much of anything lately. I guess that comes with depression. I've used it as an excuse to eat whatever I want, and most of it has been unhealthy treats. Everything cycles. I expect my mood to improve over time. We're leaving for Yellowstone on the 10th, so maybe that will shake things up.
