yaaay, I am losing weight again.
As much as it annoys me when I do not lose weight, or even more when the weight climbs (fluxuation or not), I really do get excited when it goes my way and I lose a decent chunk of weight. I love it and I think I am getting addicted to it! LOL.
Yesterday went very smooth. I had my usual breakfast, the last leftover chili con carne (finally! as great as it tastes and as much as I love it, three days in a row is a little much!) for lunch and then off to teach music at the school. I brought 4 slices of rye bread with ham and cheese for dinner. Really boring food, but it was the best I could find, since I can not really get to heat food up there. It went well, and I was not really hungry until the walk home. I felt tempted to go for pizza, but I resisted it as a big boy. Once home, the hunger diasppeared. No biggie. These are things I have come to terms with and it is not too hard to resist.
Well, onwards it goes. Weight is coming off me. Life is GREAT!
