Finally shed the water weight from the weekend, just in time for this weekend LOL
Also, this year I started a whole foods-plant based/vegan diet and I have found I've been hungrier that last year on the same calories. Could be due to working from home now and being around my boyfriend who snacks a lot which stimulates my appetite sometimes. Anyways, I decided to compare macros and noticed a difference.
My last 3 month averages VEGAN diet are: Fat: 70, Protein: 50*, Carbs: 245 *I get this from mostly beans and veggies, ideally I want to limit fake meats and soy products to 1x week or less
Last year losing weight 6 month averages OMNI diet were: Fat: 95, Protein: 79, Carbs: 177
I posted this to a vegan weight loss group I'm in and the advice was to reduce my fat intake (weird because I had a fine time losing eating higher fat/protein last year) but I am going to try it. Been watching some interesting videos about calorie density so I am going to try to adjust a bit and see if it can help jump start things since I've had trouble seeing downward progress. Also I need to start tightening up my weekend eating a little more - haven't been counting a lot just due to being out and about - but I will try to do it more.
I am going to aim for these macros and see if it helps with hunger (should be more bulky foods since lower fat/calories from fat free up more room for veggies/fruits/carbs): Fat: 50, Protein: 70, Carbs: 265
