I had a friend pass away yesterday from a heart attack. He was only 54 years old. Too much weight, partying and stress. A BIG wake-up call for me.I feel awful for his family. I want to be around for my kids and see them grow up. I told my daughter that THIS IS IT.If I don't stop, I am headed down the same road.One day at a time........

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Just stick with us. You can do it. So many people on here have lost weight successfully and kept it off. Your buddies can be your inspiration and help. It IS one day at a time, and not letting the occasional unsuccessful day knock you off your feet. You just chalk it up to a lesson learned and go on from there. Good luck and (((hugs)))!
