I am happy to announce that today I made Life Time Membership at Weigh watchers. I reached and maintained my goal weigh. It took me 1 year but I did it. Now I can continue going to weighwatchers for free!

I am Happy, not only that I lose the weigh, but I turned a new leaf to be health conscious, to take control, and finally try my best to care of myself. Because as we well know that we only have one life to live, so why not live it healthy.

Winston Churchill said, "Never, Never, Never, Give Up!" I took that advice because I slipped and stumbled 10's of times, and was discouraged plenty of times but I just kept on keeping on! What I was doing was just going to make me better and healthier person, why give up on that!
