Am I the only one who's weight fluctuates a pound up or down a day?? is it just me? is it water or something? maybe sodium intake?

No, it happens to me too:). It kills me when FS then says you are gaining at a very rapid weight of 7 pounds per week..do you still want to accept this weight?(Who want to accept this?) Of course when if says I'm LOOSING at a very rapid weight, I'm fine with that.

Chicory google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Our bodies are made up of 60% water so it fluctuates throughout the day. Many factors can make your weight go up and down such as: Sodium in food, hormones, stress, sore muscles from exercise, sickness, inflammation, medications, etc. My weight can fluctuate 4 or more pounds throughout the day. It's normal.
