Even though I'm post-menopausal, I still bloat up like I'm having PMS about once a month. Yesterday was the day. I didn't feel like I overate, my gut just felt puffy. Maybe I had too much cheese.

That happens to me too. Even after menopause you still have a moderated hormonal cycle.That's what high-cocoa dark chocolate is for.

I had a hysterectomy (but kept my ovaries) 5 months ago, and for the first time since then I had severe PMS symptoms this month. Like the achy body, tender breast issue, headache, etc... I had no idea that stuff could still happen, but apparently it's common. Our bodies are just weird the way they are wired I guess. I just roll my eyes at the fact that I can't be punished anymore with a period, so my body found a new way to do it with aching breasts, lol. Can't a girl get a break, LOL??

Aw, sorry Hunny. But isn't it great to be over that TOM stuff? I sure don't miss it. And Lisa, I am a cheese puff today! I need to lay off the dairy tomorrow and see what happens. I overdid it again today and boy howdy am I even more bloated.
