day one of our fast is off to a good start! back to 153 and i will be recording calories DAILY! prolly gotta go shopin tonight though seeing as there isn't much here. no meat or wheat will be eatin so i gotta get corn tortillas avacados beans and such for wraps. i NEED dressing. we have none! veggie burgers, veggie dogs, quinoa pastas, brown rice pastas, i think i'm going to make some macaroni salads and hummus tonight. not to mention i really want to make some granola bars. yeah. =)
