Been kind of depressed and overboard on carbs and really need exercise, got to get back on track...feeling poorly.
68.6 公斤 最近减少: 1.7 公斤.    还有: 11.9 公斤.    饮食准则: 低.
一星期增加1.5 公斤

Depression does that to you. Poorly and comfort food. Get up and get out kiddo! Your head and everything else will feel a whole lot better for it. Having a problem with depression my entire life I now how it can flatten you. No matter how hard it seems FIGHT it!!!!

Hi Merrywinkle! I did two walks this week on the treadmill, and you were right, I'm in a better mood and just maybe those happy endorphins will keep me on track! Thank you for your support!!! You are doing fantastic!
