Hopefully it's still down tomorrow... Already had a burrito, rice beans and some chips for lunch... If eating like this results in lost weight, count me in 😁 but, maybe it was fluke... Will see tomorrow...

pretty much whatever I desire. 🤤

Yoho, that’s awesome. I’m glad that’s working for you!! That’s a very healthy attitude and you won’t feel deprived but still lose weight. Diablo helped me as well. I was a total carb addict and one of his posts transformed my diet. I used to eat very little protein, but now I get about 115g every day and am seeing results quicker than anything else I’ve tried. But I still practice CICO as well. I don’t believe in deprivation.
