Not off to a great start. I can see that I need to cut down on breakfast quite a bit, and not have so much coffee (which equals too much cream!) And not so much bread, and not quite so much fat. But at least I've gotten a baseline, and I managed to stay within my calorie limit for the day, so that's not so bad. To Infinity, and Beyond, right??

Bobby decided he didn't want pizza, so I had a microwave meal instead of the pizza and meatball. It was a little low on protein, and more carbs than I would have liked, but still much better. I was able to add a glass of Malbec at the end of the day, and still come under my calorie limit!! Tomorrow, less fat, calories, and carbs for breakfast.
