Woohoo! When I first read the scales this morning it was a different story, so I had to check a few times. I have made mistakes but I have worked hard lately, so today when I saw the first number I broke into tears! It has been a tough week (I needed a good cleanse 😂) but I had to pick myself up and think... Three things to be grateful for: 1. It's still a loss! 2. I've cycled 8k almost every day. 3. I've not drunk any alcohol for a month 😊 Moving forward the losses will be smaller but that's normal. So for the next month I want to focus on three different goals 1. Drink lots more water. 2. never skip a meal (especially when I don't feel like it) 3. Practice meditation yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ and breathe ☺️
